1) I have a credit account with Buttle's, can I use this online?
We are currently working on this functionality, for now though we can only process card payment transactions. If you have an account please contact your local branch with your requirements.
2) When will I get my order?
Once you have paid for your order a member of staff will be in contact with you to arrange delivery.
3) Do you deliver nationally?
We only deliver within the local areas of our branches, however if you have a requirement further afield we still may be able to help, give us a call on 0800 25 25 87
4) What are your opening hours?
We are open at all our branches from 7am Mon-Fri
We close at 5pm Mon-Fri at Leighton Buzzard, St.Albans, Enfield and PlumbersPal. We close at 4pm Mon-Fri at Kentish Town
Leighton Buzzard, St.Albans & Enfield are open 8am-12.30pm Saturdays.
5) Do you offer timber cutting services?
Yes, all our branches have timber and sheet material cutting facilities and fully trained staff to use them.
6) How do I open a credit account with you?
Pop into one of our branches and fill out an application form, or alternatively call us on 0800 25 25 87 or email us on email@example.com and we'll post a form out to you.
7) What is your returns policy?
We can accept returned goods provided they are in resalable condition and you inform of within 14 days from date of sale. The return of goods considered to be perishable, such as cementitious products cannot be returned. Goods should be in their original condition with associated packaging intact. If your item/s are found to be faulty we will of course refund or replace in line with the manufacturers guidelines. All goods returned to us which are not faulty will be subject to a restocking charge to cover the cost of administrative and operational functions; in addition goods that require our collection will be subject to a collection charge equal to our standard delivery charge irrespective whether this was originally charged at the time of delivery.
8) How will I get my order off your delivery vehicle?
Our vehicles are equipped with crane off-load facilities, as such our deliveries are made to the kerbside only.
9) I have larger project which I need a quote on, who should I contact?

10) Can you match my existing brickwork for me?
